The number of infected SARS-CoV-2 in Africa exceeded 900 thousand people


The number of people infected with coronavirus on the African continent exceeded 900 thousand people. This was reported on July 31 by the representative office of the World Health Organization (WHO) in Africa. As specified, in total, since the beginning of the pandemic, 908,344 cases of coronavirus infection have already been recorded in the region, 19,308 patients with COVID-19 have died, more than 550 thousand people have been cured.
