Russia identified the main threats to the strategy of nuclear deterrence

In Russia approved the main principles of state policy in the field of nuclear deterrence. The document spelled out the main hazards which may turn into military threats, as well as the conditions of use of nuclear weapons against potential adversaries of Russia and its allies. It is emphasized that the authorities consider the nuclear potential of the state only as a defensive means.
