In Montenegro, police used tear gas against demonstrators

In Montenegro, during the dispersal of protesters in the cities of Niksic and Budva, the police used tear gas. According to police departments, on June 24, five policemen were injured in Niksic and one in Bar. Niksic police established a stable order. Many official cars were damaged in the incidents, and four police officers were injured, the police said in a statement. It is noted that now in the city measures are being taken to bring the instigators to justice. Also, according to police, one law enforcement officer was injured in clashes in the city of Bar. According to the national television company RTCG, several hundred protesters against the detentions of oppositionists in the city of Budva gathered in Niksic on Sava Kovachevich Square on the evening of June 24.
