It is difficult to say what the official Moscow was guided by when deciding to allocate a loan in the amount of 200 million euros to Chisinau, as this measure dissociates with the national interests of Russia. This was stated by the news agency senior researcher of the Institute of Russian History of the Russian Academy of Sciences Andrei Marchuk. Recall that on April 17 in Moscow, the Ambassador of Moldova to Russia Andrei Negutsa signed an agreement with the leadership of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation to allocate Chisinau the first tranche of the Russian loan.
